Refund Policy
Cancel anytime
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewal — your plan stays fully active through the period you've already paid for, and no partial refund is issued for the unused portion of that period by default.
Billing mistakes
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you'd already cancelled — contact us through the Contact page and we'll review it.
Payment failure never deletes your history
If a payment fails, your existing Heritage Spaces, people, photographs, and stories are never deleted for that reason. Only the creation of new content may be paused until payment recovers or you move to the free plan.
